We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for physical products only.

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging

โŒ Non-Returnable Items (Digital Products)

All digital products (including game keys, downloadable content, subscriptions, or codes) are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-returnable

Once delivered or activated, digital products cannot be reversed or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and items must be included
  • Product must not be physically damaged due to misuse

To process any claim, you must:

  • Provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product
  • If the product is not available, we may offer:
    • Store credit, or
    • Alternative product (with your approval)

  • Refunds are generally not offered
  • Refunds may only be issued in rare cases where:
    • Replacement is not possible, and
    • The issue is verified from our side

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover shipping
  • If the return is requested for other reasons, shipping costs may be the customerโ€™s responsibility

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
